Outstanding service from start to finish
As a non technophobe the descriptions against each component were very helpful. The site was easy to navigate and it was great to save a quote and check the spec before ordering. The order process was simple and i was kept informed of each step of the process through build to delivery. The delivery texts meant I knew when the delivery would be and it was correct to within five minutes. The laptop was well packaged and was set up and ready to use within a short time. As it is a Christmas present for my son, we haven't played any games on it yet, but have activated word and loaded on MS Word and Excel and everything seems to be working well. No complaints at all, so I hope that this will continue.
