Very good service, helpful staff and good comms. Courier poor.

The item was dispatched quickly and I received confirmation. I had paid for 'before 12.00' but it didn't arrive. Staff were excellent and helpful, refunded the delivery charge and chased up the courier whose 'phones were down' Item received at 19.30 that evening. I lost half a days work due to courier; no fault of ironmongery direct.
