Thank you for your order for wine bottle neck tags which was placed at 6.30pm on 9th December. Your order was dispatched the next day, 10th December via the Royal Mail. I can only presume that your package has unfortunately been delayed or lost in the post. We are very sorry for this unintentional delay and any inconvenience caused.
