Delayed delivery and in bad condition

Last time I bought with MP the delivery was fine and the box was in good condition, however this time I bought the delivery was sent to a different house which I was never told about and was sat waiting for my order. After ringing up and sorting it out I got my delivery..The box had a hole in it and was all battered, the contents were just thrown in there, little things like the MP scoop were broken etc..
