The parts we're dispatched quickly but I didnt receive any tracking number despite choosing the next day before noon tracked delivery option. The items were sent on a standard next day service which didnt arrive until late afternoon which impacted on my plans for that day. It took 2 calls to GSF and also a call to parcel force to find this out. On the third call to GSF they offered to refund the postage as it was a mistake on their behalf but have yet to receive this.

I apologise about the delay in the delivery, it's a rarity for the pre noon services not to get there before the stated time. I can confirm the postage refund has been done and will be shown in your Pay Pal account.
