We ordered a necklace for our daughter on Nov23, for a Christmas present. As of Dec 22, no necklace and no response to emails or phone messages left to the company. This as the main gift our daughter wanted. I will seek legal action if the necklace doesn't arrive before Christmas or I don't receive a refund! Very unhappy with this company.
