I ordered a laptop from them which was despatched in November 2012, using ParcelForce. I tracked the laptop to Germany and there it has disappeared. Laptops Direct couldn't be less helpful. They say that the responsibility is mine and that I probably won't get a claim settled by ParcelForce. Whatever happened to "Customer Care"? I am now left with no laptop and a sizeable hole in my bank balance. Their conduct may be "legal" but it definitely is totally immoral. I would recommend that nobody use this company unless they enjoy days and days of seemingly pointless frustration. If the company had any conscience it would either refund my money or replace the goods.

This is the first time I have used Global Webpay, although my husband has done transactions through you several times now. Once I managed to get to grips with the format, it was fairly easy, and seems reliable and quick.
