A mistake happened on confirmation of my booking and consequently I did not receive the tyre fitting within the expected window. This was partially remedied when I called.
However, after the tyres were fitted the technician did not have a working billing system and so I received a basic written confirmation.
The next day it was necessary for me to email to receive a copy of the vat receipt.
PS: The technician was welled trained, pleasant and efficient.
My wife having previously received excellent flowers from Serenata I was easily persuaded to use them to send flowers to a friend. She called last night, delighted!
I found the service absolutely first class from the booking, through to the status messaging, and culminating in our friend's delighted response.
I had my firdt purchase complered by designer of company logo etc. Now that i wanted to order for nyself I had to change prolie details to match my own. Not hard and contact with the Customer Care was seemless with instant query via web. Subsequently ordered new business cards on promo. Pretty straightforward. Problems arise when I want to change details to business card design. Artwotk is not stored on site and I cannot remember where I put Linton's disc. Even if I could find it I do not gave tge software to open his files. Would hrlp enormously if Goodprint had facilities for storage, upload and editing of artwork.
