Honest and efficient

I tried fonebank after trying another company, The previous company offered me £40 for my HTC Desire and then told me my phone was faulty even though I knew it wasn't. They offered my £14 instead so I told them to send it back to me straight away which they did.
I then found that fonebank was offering £41 and they found no fault with my phone and transferred the money into my bank account within days.
