I purchased two pairs of jeans at the start of november - they were great quality but neither pair fit me quite right so I returned them the very next day with proof of posting. It has been OVER A MONTH and they still have not processed the return, despite me sending email after email when they tell me to contact them again in week. HOW MANY WEEKS will this gone on for? I checked with the post office and they said that the company should look into the return with them since it's their return policy - just not happening. I would have liked my money back before christmas but - no. Just no. I would recommend reselling the stuff on Ebay if you can, DO NOT TRUST the company to be even remotely useful.
