Absolutely useless

The last 2 orders I have had have been a waste of time the first one was containing completely the wrong parts and when I tried to say on the phone what parts I needed the boy on the other end said I was wrong. In the end the parts were returned and I got them from somewhere else. This time I ordered the parts on Saturday with 48 hour delivery it is now the following Saturday and I still have no parts. Yet again I have had to source them else where! I will never use gsf again they are completely useless.
