The item I ordered was despatched and delivered quickly, but was damaged. It was swiftly agreed that a replacement would be sent. This arrived six days later (longer than the standard five day advertised upper limit) but was also damaged. I requested a full refund several days ago but have yet to receive a response. The company may still voluntarily rectify things, but it is taking longer than I would expect. My advice would be to make sure you pay by credit card so you are protected if things go wrong.
