I ordered a necklace as a gift for my Sister's birthday. I was very worried that the necklace would get to me damaged as I have had bad experiences with ordering similar jewelry from other companies in the past, with poor customer service. However, I spoke with customer service before I ordered and they advised that I get the necklace along with the gift box. They were very very nice to me on the phone and very helpful, and they alleviated many of my fears. To any future customers, I would say it is definitely worth it to pay the extra $5 for the gift box, and not worry about any damage. My sister was extremely happy with her gift.
