well 11 days missing parcel, 160 minutes on hold , and still no further !!!!!
do not trust when they say there going to call you back !!!!! guess what they dont
shocking service and i will not be using them ever again , sorry to all my ebay customers i feel i have personally let down this christmas, a big round of applause to myhermes as your business will not be receiving one more penny from me and i wont rest till i reclaim every penny back from yourselves
