Wowcher
Very poor, customer service does not exist - Android tablet
I cannot begin to say how poor both Box2000 and Wowcher have been after advertising a 10 day deliver, on the 3 December my order was placed and paid for. On 17 December I tried without success to email Box2000. My emails were returned as undeliverable. I then emailed my concerns to Wowcher, who passed on my email and asked Box2000 to contact me. No contact has been made. I have messaged Box2000 daily they do not respond to my messages. In despair I telephoned Wowcher who basically said its not there responsibility and hid behind terms and conditions. The only help they offered was to telephone Box2000 and ask them to contact me. You've guessed, they have not done so. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life! all roads lead to nowhere. I will be asking for my money refunding plus postage and package cost. I now face having to shop for a replacement present on Christmas Eve. I would say after my experience avoid both companies they are quick to take your money but not to fulfil your order
