Missing payment for items allegedly "not included" and no response to several emails

Arranged sale of items to the value of approx £20. Received only £13 with no explanation as to why. After an email to query I received a response which advised one case was missing a disc (which I confirmed since I found it in the console) and another had not been included at all.

I queried whether I could forward the disc to be married up with the empty case and disputed their claim of the missing item, since I checked the package contents against the agreed list myself, and it was independently check by a second person.

Have received no response to that email or to the follow up, which also included my further complaint that they were failing to deal with my complaint in a proper fashion.

Next step.. legal/ombudsman

Hi Julie - As you have stated, one item was missing from the box (£5.50) and the other had a missing disc which you had verified. If you log into your account and click on order history, you can view the details from there. Many thanks, mM
