We ordered a Meridian lattice walnut bed from 4living a few weeks ago, and received an email saying we would be contacted within 3 days re a delivery date / time. This didn't happen so I live chatted with Roger at 4living late one night - I heard from the delivery company soon after. They gave me a date, and told me the driver would call between 8-9 am on the delivery day to give us an ETA which would be sometime late morning; he didn't call and didn't arrive. It was a Sunday so there was no answer from the delivery company office when I rang to try and find out what was going on. Around 5pm I called 4living (having assumed they would also not be available on a Sunday and then checking their website to find that fhey were open 7 days a week) and spoke to a nice lady who said she would look into it, but then around 5:45 the delivery finally arrived! I then also got a call back from Roger.
So I would say the bed is a nice solid piece of furniture (although a bit lower than I was expecting) and the customer service from 4living was very good, but the delivery service let them down a bit.
