I placed my order and next day got an email saying that it was being processed. Exactly a week later, I got an email saying my goods had just been dispatched! The order took four days to arrive, and when it did, it contained a letter of apology for the slow service!
So BestPet knows it's slow to process and deliver, but rather than pull out all the stops to correct this, it puts a letter of apology in each order to be read on arrival of the goods in an attempt to minimise complaints! Predicted delivery time was 3-5 days; actual time was 11 days.

I had trouble with a leaking bottle of deodoriser which was empty by the time it arrived. I contacted customer services, who asked me to send some photos of the damaged packaging - within two days I had a replacement!
