Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Too flaky!!

Flowers not delivered despite recipient being at home. Very disappointed 84 year old lady, well done Serenata!!!

Flowers were delivered today but don't think the emails sent to them made the difference but I may be wrong.
I think the delivery company got to grips with the concept of ringing the doorbell!! Flowers were lovely I am told so now one very happy 84 year old lady. Won't be using them again though once bitten and all that!!
