Would use again, replaced faulty item no problem, only issue was communication with them.

We ordered an illuminated bathroom mirror. Item came within a couple of days and was well-packaged. We checked it at the time and the mirror appeared okay.
Let it for a couple of weeks until our plumber was due to fit it in our new bathroom. Then found that the glass was loose from the back box and there were no fixings or instructions. Called the number on the delivery note which turned out to be the manufacturer. Called plumbnation and got voice mail message that they were busy and suggested that I e-mail. E-mailed them and having no reponse, chased them up via e-mail the next day. Shortly after I received an e-mail saying they were investigating my issue. Heard nothing the next day, only for the day after for another mirror to arrive at the house. We checked this one and it appears to be in perfect condition. So apart from some minor communication issues I would say that plumbnation have dealt with this in a very satisfactory way.
