Great price , efficient service, let down by fitting station

Having spent an hour investigating options and prices for a couple of tyres for my 4x4 that could handle farm track usage without compromising too much on road usage, I found the perfect solution on Blackcircles. Finding, and paying for the tyres using PayPal was a breeze and the confirmation emails gave me a good feeling that this would be a pain free experience. It was until I went to get the tyres fitted at Protyre which was the closest fitting centre. The person I dealt with in charge of fitting the tyres was condescending, and unknowlegable of the tyres even his own company supply online. I will recomend BlackCircles but will not be recomending Protyre Cheltenham due to their poor customer service.
