Faulty bike, but very good customer service
I purchased one of Merlin Cycles own brand road bikes. Spec was good for the price, frame was light and well finished, but the headset bearings could not be satisfactorily adjusted. I ended-up returning the bike... but I have to say that their customer service was good... important for a distance retailer on the internet. The company arranged for collection and a full refund was provided without quibble. So, as this is a rating of the company (not the bike) I have to give them 4 stars. I would buy from them again... just not one of their own brand road bikes
