Quick, easy and hassle free!

The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish, the app for scanning items made generating the order stress free and easy! The postage method was really ideal having a local drop-off point right next door to me, so there was no need to queue in the Post Office or pay anything to send the pack. The communication was excelllent throughout, with regular update emails received and the payment was arranged direct to my bank, which again saved me the hassle of having to bank a cheque! All in all the service provided was ideal and fit for purpose, life was made easy and I received payment very promptly, top marks!
