Consistently good service

I have been using ebookers for a couple of years and have had consistently good service. A couple of times I have spoken to a live agent without cost and it´s always reassuring to know that you can, in an emergency. The one time that I needed a refund because my ticket was cancelled, my money was received faster than they promised. I have noted, however, that sometimes they don´t have all the flight routings available and best prices for a given day so it still pays to shop around. This appears to be true for all the major booking webpages.
