in terms of customer service, this is the worst company i've ever dealt with

queries submitted through the web contact form all went unanswered, their support email address (support@tools4trade.com) is inactive, and in my experience the phone rings but is never answered

received an email saying my order was dispatched, then a day later received a follow up email which stated a refund had been issued for certain items that were not in stock -- very annoying i was not consulted on modification of the order, this had a knock on effects and costs to work i'd scheduled

there was not a problem with those items that were dispatched, and in fairness their prices are good

on balance though, cheap prices don't make up for the poor service, and i won't be using this company again
