disappointed with service

The order took almost 2 weeks for them to confirm holding up my whole project, when it arrived it was left out in the street in the rain but at least all the parts were there even if there was no instructions included so i had to put the shower together using the picture on the website. The prices seem cheap but then the delivery charges take away much of the savings. I wouldn't purchase from here again, the company i got the rest of my bathroom project from got the order to me within 3 days of the order and were still very cheap.
