Ordered blinds, accidentally input thef wrong address therefore expect goods before Christmas! Well it arrived the very next day. The chap on the phone was understanding but not patronising about my error. He didn't commit to arrival before Christmas as the date was 21Dec, but the blinds arrived the next day.
