Flowers eventually arrived 8 days late, frozen & dead.
Delivery was promised almost daily in these 8 days.
Live chat was virtually useless.
Complaint e/m'sx2 were not answered.
Only good thing was evetually spoke to someone on the phone (after much research to find number) whose processed a refund for me after I e/mailed him pictures of the dead flowers :-)
Nice gesture to offer compliemntary flowers (in addition to the refund i got after asking for it about 5/6 times) to anyone/anywhere which were ordered/delivered/gratefully received within 2 hours of order (didn't risk sending to germany again!) but whatever they did wouldn't compensate for the appalling expierence & service I experienced over the previous days.
