I ordered earlier in December, confirmation dated 10th, including items needed for Christmas. Tracking details show that 'addressee requested later delivery', but that is not so, and the order is in the depot.. I expect your advice would be to order earlier, but until now deliveries have been prompt. I appreciate the service you provide: I would use it more often if the items were less expensive.

We are sorry for the error on your tracking details and we are looking into how this could have occured.
The delay in delivery is simply due to the huge volume of orders both ourselves and the couriers we use have received this year, therefore you can expect normal delivery times to resume from January 2013.
We have also tracked your order and it shows that you should be receiving your parcel today.
