Whereas, the delivery of the shower cubicle, tray, and waste was accomplished with no problem, I am unable to say the same about the shower unit it's self.
The unit should have been delivered on the 17th along with the the other items, however although it was dispatched, Parcel Force decided to deliver it on the 15th when there was no one at the address. Parcel Force promptly left the unit with on of the neighbours but failed to put a card through the door with that information on.
We therefore had no knowledge of the delivery and worse, no knowledge of who had taken the unit in. No big problem I hear you say, simply ask the neighbours. Unfortunately the house is my daughters and I do not know who the neighbours are and in addition the neighbours were out at work so I could not get in touch.
Victoria Plumb should ensure delivery on the day specified and not one chosen by other agencies.
