ProCook Gourmet frying pan
This frying pan was bought as a present and I have been told that it cooks things beautifully and the non-stick surface is very easy to clean. I had seen reviews of other manufacturer's non-stick coating bubbling off and the 10 year guarantee plus a ProCook shop existing locally were deciding factors in making my purchase. My rating will go down if problems with the coating do appear but, so far, so good.

You know exactly when to expect delivery!
Completely stress free. All stages of the order were emailed to me and the carrier tracking was brilliant. I knew to the hour when to take delivery and so could plan my day around it.
The only proviso is that since the hoover I bought is working as spec, I can't comment on the quality of any after sales service but you would hope that it would be as efficient.
