Packing was a disaster BUT..........

My order was for Christmas, being expat I need to keep certain standards against the foie gras brigade...;at least to share cultures! It arrived in time but the salad cream was badly packed and exploded all over and into the tea bags, mince pies etc! It was a disaster! However when I calmed down I found the jars of stuff were fine And BCS will refund me the things that were spoilt, they have done everyhting they can ! Great service, great care rotten packing this toime.
