Well after some unknown person rescheduling my order 3 times without my knowledge it now states on tracking that it cant be shown as i need to contact customer services (who you cant get through to on the phone). This item was ordered on 6th dec. Yodel have had it since 17th Dec and still not delivered. Did the on line chat with someone from yodel who appologised and said to check my tracking as it will be updated. Great christmas present that wont be here for christmas. Might be having a run to lincoln collection centre christmas eve!!! Not happy and will not buy from anyone using this company again!!!
