While I was happy with the goods I had purchased, I was not too impressed with the delivery time. There was no indication given of how long the delivery would be.
Secondly, I didn't get the correct order which I had placed. I had asked for 2 of Nandos "Extra Hot" sauce but instead I only got 1 bottle of that and an extra bottle of their "Garlic Sauce".

During the busy Christmas period we aim to dispatch within 4-5 working days (which was the case for your order), unfortunately once we have dispatched the parcel the delivery time is then out of out hands. However, once we have dispatched your order you should receive a tracking number which allows you see where your parcel is.
It is likely that much like us, couriers are extremely busy this time of year and this has extended the delivery time considerably from what it would be throughout the rest of the year.
In regards to the wrong product being delivered, this has been due to an error in the warehouse for which we apologise. Your comments have also been passed on to our warehouse manager to ensure this does not happen again.
