Havens

Great service... Had a small problem and it was sorted straight away

Bought a set of plates from havens and we were really pleased with the service. One of the plates had a small blemish where the glaze was missing. I phoned them up and they sent a replacement straight away.

I always think a shop shows its true colours when something goes wrong, and havens sorted it straight away.
