Glasses Direct
Excellent
I've use Glasses Direct for a few years now and have never had anything other than excellent service from them. I would recommend them to anyone.
The Rug House
Excellent service
Excellent service from the Rug House. The on-line order system only allows you to order in metre lengths so I ordered a 3m runner. I then emailed them requesting that the runner required was actually 2.5m, which I couldn't shorten myself because I wanted edge binding. They refunded the half metre difference straight away, without prompting. The delivery was exactly as stated as well, which was appreciated, especially with it being so close to Christmas.
