Purchased items arrived in time slot allocated, I had to change delivery day and that was OK. The one thing that could have caused problems was poor packaging. I purchased telescopic pruners which arrived in a cardboard tube, the protective plastic cover on the blades had come off and they were sticking out the end of the tube luckily no damage or injuries.
