The wrong colour fridge/freezer was delivered (my fault according to Ultimate Appliances) it was taken back the same day, this was in January 2013. And here we are almost the end of March and no refund! Rang them several times, to be told that the refund should have been done, but hasnt! no apologies. No refund...criminals!
