I ordered the Allure bathroom suite from Taps online, really simple easy to use website. Everyday I had an email updating me of the order-great! The bathroom suite came, we checked it over,no damages, even better, and the delivery guy was a great help. 2 days later the plumber arrived,all going well until it came to the sink! 4pm and we find the basin doesnt sit on the pedestal, big gaps, just balancing on the corners. Rang customer services- really apologetic asked for photos to be sent to them by 5pm,if they agreed then one would be on a lorry that night for the next day delivery- no worries, text came thru to say one was being delivered so panic over, next day it arrived, same thing, so on the phone again, next day another one came, that was as bad as the first and the second,and this time it was meant to be checked before being sent ( Im not convinced the warehouse did) anyway on requesting a 4th sink I said I want a completely different one from a different suite, and as I was in the middle of a supermarket when customer services rang me to discuss it, I said to them to choose one, as long as it was of the same look. This one also arrived swiftly, and thankfully fitted together brilliantly.It was obviously a manufacturing error, I couldn't fault TAPS at all both ladies I spoke to were lovely and polite so well done customer services! and thanks for picking me a brilliant replacement sink!
