Ordered an Onkyo LS3100 system weeks ago, promised the stock would be available in 3 days. All I have received is emails informing me of delay after delay. Eventually the stock appears to have arrived on Thursday 20th Dec with a delivery date to me of the 21st. As this did not fit with me I rang on the 20th to request a new delivery address only to be told I would have to ring back on the 21st when the parcel was out for delivery. I duly rang back on the 21st only to be told the delivery address could not be changed until there was a failed delivery. I requested a Saturday delivery but was refused. I have received emails informing me the parcel failed to get to its Citylink delivery depot on Friday and did not go 'out for delivery'. This means City link will attempt to deliver the parcel for the first time on the 24th to an address that is closed, crazy!
I hold as much hope of someone from Exceptional AV ringing me with an update as I do of Santa coming down my chimney on the 24th !!!
Update, it is now the 27th Dec, Santa did not deliver ! Beginning to think this company is a joke, not once have they phoned to check if I have received my order. Everytime I ring them they just blame the courier and ask if I want to cancel the order. Dreadful company, no idea where all the good reviews come from, think they are made up !
