Auto Europe is impossibly inflexible. I returned the car early but had to pay for the full rental, and had no recourse because the car rental company simply pointed a finger at Auto Europe, which is a shell entity based in Maine.
In addition, the car was fine but the GPS was a hazard. it kept directing us the wrong way down one-way streets. But if you have paid one party and rented from another, you have no recourse.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback in regards to your recent car rental. In regards to the refund of unused days, we do advise via the terms and conditions listed both online at time of booking, as well as on your Auto Europe voucher, that all rentals carry a 3 day minimum. So even if you were to rent with one day, you would still have to pay the 3 day rate.
As for the issues you incurred with the gps unit, we can certainly investigate this further and contact the supplier on your behalf.
