Still not received my order.
Normally I am ver happy with BCS but this year I find that the money paid for the delivery is too much for the speed of service. It could be down to the Greek postal service but I would like a garentee for the price paid. Thanks and have a nice Christmas.

We're very sorry to hear that you've had problems with the delivery of your order. Parcel Force have told us that they are having issues with transporting parcels to Greece this Christmas, and unfortunately once we have dispatched the order the delivery is then out of our hands.
Shipping and delivery is something we are always trying to improve upon so we will be looking into these issues in the New Year.
