My husband has used Wineworks for some time. It has always provided an excellent service. For Christmas I decided to buy him a number of different items, using the on-line ordering system, including an aerating decanter. On the same day the order was placed, I was contacted to let me know that the model I had ordered was not in stock and probably would not be available in time for Christmas. I was offered a slightly more expensive model for which the shop would pay the increased charge to make up for the inconvenience. Even though I chose an even more expensive model, the shop still met me half way with the increased cost with no prompting from me. It is very refreshing to be treated so well by a retailer.
