Boohoos policy of only communicating by email means that simple issues roll on and on and on and on and on.....when one call could have solved things.
I sent back 3 items, but I didn't realize that 2 dresses were on one order number and the 3rd dress on a different number.
This to me should have been very simple, I emailed with the 2 order numbers and explained what was in the package, as soon as I'd posted it......and here I am days/weeks later, still trying to get the refund processed.
The reason one item was on a different order number was that my 13 year old daughter ordered it (with my permission), delivery, payment method etc were the same (ie all in my name). Boohoo refused to discuss that particular item with me and insisted my 13 year old email them with the details as it was her name on the order...even though it was my credit card and address.
I would say its been a ridiculous farce from beginning to end....if only there was a end!!!
I will never order from BooHoo again as frankly life is too short to deal with them and their non talking customer services.
