When I received the track and trace reference I checked each day to see when my parcel would arrive. On 19th Dec the website stated that the parcel had been delivered and signed for by me the day before, which was not the case at all (I had been home all day and no one had come). I was very upset and phoned the British Corner Shop immediately. I was told they would request a proof of delivery and get back to me, and they suggested I ask my neighbours if they had taken in a parcel. I thought this highly unlikely as both my immediate neighbours are out at work all day. The parcel eventually arrived that evening, so obviously someone had misposted on the track and trace website. If I hadn't checked the website I would've been spared a lot of anxiety.
