Atlhough warned of a 5-7 day delay, after about 12 days I sent an e-mail to havens asking for an update on delivery, but received no reply. Again a day or so later, still no reply. I had to resort to a phone call, which was answered very quickly and handled very efficiently by a lady whose name I didn't get, unfortunately. She investigated and rang me back as to the whereabouts of my order and gave me an accurate delivery date. So, whilst the person to person worked very well, no-one seems to be checking the e-mails and so only 3 stars are awarded an otherwise very satisfactory experience.
