Bad communications

Atlhough warned of a 5-7 day delay, after about 12 days I sent an e-mail to havens asking for an update on delivery, but received no reply. Again a day or so later, still no reply. I had to resort to a phone call, which was answered very quickly and handled very efficiently by a lady whose name I didn't get, unfortunately. She investigated and rang me back as to the whereabouts of my order and gave me an accurate delivery date. So, whilst the person to person worked very well, no-one seems to be checking the e-mails and so only 3 stars are awarded an otherwise very satisfactory experience.

Many thanks for taking the time to comment.
I am sorry that somewhere along the line our communications went awry.I can see the original email from us advising of the delay but it is clear that we then did not follow this up.
I have found your emails requesting updates and can see that these were not responded to. I am sorry that you had to resort to the telephone and pleased that in the end there was a satisfactory outcome.
I shall be looking into this to see how we can avoid this situation in the future.
