Ordering on site was simple but the wrong product was delivered for no apparent reason. Had to them post product back (Freepost) had to then chase delivery of correct product. Spoke to someone at 8:45am, told someone would call me back, nobody did, called back and spoke to someone helpful and they agreed to send correct product even though had yet to receive my return. Correct product arrived three days later so total delivery time from original order was two weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. I can see by our internal notes that the wrong colour of lights were delivered, please accept my apologies. It's not quite so easy to determine who you spoke to at 8.45am as the phones don't normally switch over until 9.00am. I will investigate further but we have a lot of staff taking holidays immediately after Christmas and the moment to reply to you will have passed. Either way the mistakes are OURS but I hope it did not spoil the holiday season too much. Please accept my apologies again in the knowledge that your review has been noted.
