quick delivery easy to order but where is my promotional item????

Everything went smoothly with the order had the phone quickly really happy, but when i ordered my phone it said FREE Nokia wireless charging plate, so where is it? even a email to say they are not in stock would have been appreciated. oh well apart from the misleading advertising a good experience, will i use phones4u again? possibly but i have very little brand loyalty after my experience.
