This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! It's almost impossible to find out what's their telephone number is. But even if you managed to call them they will tell you 'we will contact you via email' - same response you will get when contacting their live chat. Some people on P2G live chat are very rude and they will finish conversation when they don't know the answer to your question. There is no point asking them to call the courier you sent your parcel with as they 'don't have telephone system'. How in this world is possible to have a customer service without phone system - I have no idea! They are very slow in responding via email.
I wanted an update about my parcel and they sent me a standard email advising me to make a claim as my parcel is probably lost.
They only contacted me after I posted my negative feedback on Trustpilot and that email finally made sense but I had more information from PF after contacting them directly than from P2G - so I am not too sure if they contacted PF or not... but I am going to give them a chance and sort out my problem. If my parcel is lost - I hope to get a full compensation (as I've read they will do everything to not give you your money back). I will keep all of you up to date.
