The most horribly unreliable company ever created

First of all - they don't even deserve 1 star. I don't even know what to say, words cannot describe this stupidity.

Today, about an hour ago someone rang the doorbell and when I got out of the bed to see who it was, there was a note so I picked it up. It said that the parcel has been left in the garden (despite the fact that I didn't ask for it to be placed there in case I wasn't home). So I went up the stairs to put some clothes on - went to my garden and NOTHING, literally nothing was there.

This person who supposedly delivered didn't even wait for someone to answer the door, nor did he try to deliver the item multiple times. The gates are locked from the inside with a lock and they are about 3 meters high, so either someone managed to jump inside the garden and grab the parcel within 5 minutes or this person who "delivered" simply took it with him.

I don't even know what to say. I am so angry.
